I will be assigning a date and time to every family based on availability and number of kids. One session is designed for 1-2 kids, so if you have 3 or more kids, you'll be assigned two back-to-back sessions.
Once you submit this form, please give me up to 3 business days to respond with your assigned date and time! If you sign up for a date/time that is already full, I'll reach out to you to discuss other options.
